AFE7950-SP: Setting LMFSHd for Fb and Rx.

Part Number: AFE7950-SP

I want a certain SERDES rate for all of rx, tx, and fb. With tx this is quite simple, I can look at the frame assembly table in the datasheet. But for Rx and Fb since they only have 8 lanes between the 6 of them the frame assembly table does not work. How do I find my LMFSHd number?
