Part Number: AFE7950
The AFE7950IALK is being used in an application where the FPGA is powered on and configured prior to the AFF. To better understand what damage can occur if a signal is apply to the AFE when unpowered. What datasheet limits are my boundary conditons? Are any signals cold spare capable? thank you for the assitance.
