S-parameters for the AFE79xx devices are located in the AFE79xx secure folder, under the Simulation Models folder. If you already have access to the secure folder you can use the link below to access it.

I have received access for the secure folder,I find S-parameter file for AFE79x & AFE75x devices in the folder.

I find 1Rx3Rx & 2Tx4Tx S1P files in AFE75x and I also find TXB_TXD & Rx_S_params in AFE79x device folder.

As I am using AFE7903 device in my design that uses 1Rx3Rx & 2Tx4Tx.So, which S-parameter file should I consider for my simulation?

Can I use 1Rx3Rx & 2Tx4Tx S1P files of AFE75x or I should use only TXB_TXD & Rx_S_params in AFE79x for my simulation?

Hi Blessing,

The AFE7903 is a subset of the AFE7900 device so you should use the Tx s-parameters from the AFE790x folder.

For the Rx s-parameters you can use the ones from either folder as they should be the same.
