Request for new version of GC Studio software. The version on the given disk has problems!

Hello,

I had a set of GC101EVM platform and a daughtercard of GC5016. Of course the software GC Studio was offered along with the EVM boards, however, any project in the given platform cannot be run correctly twice in my computer and the computers I've tried. I checked the files in the projects and found that certain contents of the file change when I did second compile. I know that the cmd5016 could do the work also. But considering the less visualized and operative and not so much time to start over again, would anyone please give me a applicable version of GC Studio. It's really appreciated.

Can you tell us what version you are using? Can you please send us your error screen capture?

The version is 2.0.0.509. The error screen capture is that no output could be updated or displayed in the output window. Sorry that I have no idea how to upload an error capture in the forum, but I filed the error and problems and emailed to gcapps@list.ti.com. Hope I will get through soon.

Yes, we got your email. You are using an old version. Our engineer Joe Q has replied you and sent you a link. You need to contact local TI FAE to download it. Joe also gave you suggestion on your experiments in email.

Hello,

I inquried the info about the EVM board and local FAE and I was told that it was bought from an agent, thereby I can not get connected with local FAE. I am really sorry about that. However, still my version of GC Studio does not work. I am wondering if there is anything you can do considering this situation. It'd be really appreciated if you could help.
