we would like to use TRF372017 in a high performance digital transmitter (direct conversion/zero IF)). Our goal is 60dBc of spectral purity. Carrier frequency is 2400MHz. Modulation BW 20MHz.
Does anyone have done output spectrum mesurement or can give spurs level (fractional or PFD and multiple) for TRF372017 chip?
TRF3765 datasheet contains some of this characteristics (page 18 to 20). Same die?
