cmd5016 source code

We are implementing a GC5016 Design with variable configuration ( Variable FIR Coeffs, NCO Frequency, AGC...). The configuration is

of the GC5016 is controlled by a uC.

So it would be very useful if we can see the cmd5016 source code to determine how the registers are calculated.

  • Hello Bjoern,

The GC5016 source code is only available under a special license agreement, please contact your local TI Field Application Engineer.

Most customers have implemented embedded applications by presetting a set of conditions, and storing the configurations.  In the case of DDC output gain, frequency, the register updates and synchronization are explained in the datasheet.

The output from cmd5016 .tbl indicates all of the register variable values used in configuration.  The .gc101, and .h files can be used for embedded applications, as these have all of the register programming.
