what turn off the PDN pin? just LO, right? when customer power down chip with PDN pin, why there still is LO in output ? how big this LO in PDN mode and normal mode individually?

In the 'T05 the power down only turns off the output modulator circuitry. The LO buffer circuitry remains on. This is done on purpose to maintain carrier feed-through correction while operating in TDD mode. When the device is powered down, the LO leakage is -60 dBm or lower.
