LMX2571 with internal VCO ?

Hello,
I wish utiser the LMX2571 for the realization of a transmitter at 70MHz narrow band. The modulation is 4FSK guy with a channel spacing of 12.5KHz in "DMR" with excurtion to +/- 2250Hz max. The rate is 4800 symbols per second.
Is it possible with the internal VCO to achieve the above objective?
