You may check out the TRF3722 datasheet. There are plots for the OIP3 performance of the device . --RJH

Hi RJH

Thanks for the prompt reply. I did check the datasheet. My frequency of operation is around 947MHz. So as per datasheet for typical operating conditions, OIP3=31dBm and Output power = 1dBm so my IMD comes to be 2*(31-1)= 60dBc? Am I correct?
