Need help selecting a radio device for a Wireless connection to a rotary encoder

Requesting help to select a radio device for my rotary encoder application described as follows:

I want to transmit 4 bits of digital data wirelessly. ( the encoder has 4 digital output lines for:  A,B, Z, E).

The encoder data is currently transmitted by wire but needs to be wireless.

So I need help to select a transmitter,  and receiver, but I can handle integration with encoder and instrument.

The signals are used for timing and triggering so I can NOT use bursts of packaged data unless it can be sent repeatedly within 100 microseconds.

The 4 digital lines from the encoder would be reflected in almost real time on the output of the receiver (within 100 microseconds).

The data from the encoder could change as quickly as every 100 microseconds, or slower, but not faster.

Therefore, delays and updates between the transmitter and receiver can not exceed 100 microseconds.

I just need help selecting the appropriate radio devices, I can handle the integration.

The radio range needs to be 30 feet, in an environment where motors and other electrical equipment are running near by.
