TRF3722: typ and max Id values for the supply pins

hi,

may you provide the Typ. and Max. Id values for the power supply pins of TRF3722?

also, is it ok to GND all the NC pins (for the sake of a simpler layout)?

I would say yes as these should be not internally connected.

Any drawback in such practice (noise catching, or...)?

Vincenzo:

The datasheet provides the typical current / power dissipation performance values. We do not supply the max values. Figures 110 - 129 in the datasheet show the current and power dissipation performance over temperature and frequency. The quantum nature of the plots over frequency is due to the different LO divider circuitry kicking in.

You may ground the NC pins. They are truly NC. No drawback to doing so.

we are interested in the current drawing by each supply rail, for example Vcc_Mod, Vcc_dig , Vcc_tk, Vcc_vco etc.

how can we get or estimate such consumption?
