I have downloaded the attached excel sheet from the original question.
There is difference in the SFDR data in the sheet titled "112_SFDR" and "112_SFDR3".
Why there is a big difference in the SFDR data as shown below:

(Sheet112_SFDR) SFDR is defined by any highest spur in the Nyquist band which can be harmonics or clock mixing spurs. Most likely dominated by HD2 or HD3.
(Sheet112_SFDR3) SFDR3 is defined by any highest spur in +-250MHz band and it could have no spurs in that band or only small random spurs.
