LM15851EVM: LM15851EVM Decimation by 10

Part Number: LM15851EVM

I'm testing an LM15851EVM attached to a TSW1457J capture board. It runs successfully with decimation of 8 and 16, but not with a decimation of 10. On the LM15851EVM Decimate-by-10, DDR is selected. In HSDC Pro LM15851_D10_DDR is loaded. The LM15851 is running at 4 Gsps and the ADC Output Data Rate is set to 400M in HSDC Pro. The spectrum looks like the windowing function is missing. Please see the attached picture. Thoughts?
