    Hello Jiandong,

    We don't have any similar devices to the RA08H1317M. Our RF amps are configured for much higher frequency ranges. 

    While you could try to build an active filter using a high-speed amp, you will have trouble finding an amp that reach the Pout = 8W requirement.
