According to Application Report SWRU120D page1 "ABSTRUCT" chapter , we can see " The maximum gain when used on the reference board is measured to be +3.3 dBi".

What is Antenna gain only itself ?

+3.3 dBi is the maximum gain of this IFA design. The mention of the reference board indicates that 3.3dBi is the max achievable gain if the RF layout is optimal.
