Can I know what you are using as a reference? And could I get some more information on your setup?

Hi Pavani,

We have just power on the device and get the first data from HDC2021 and compared it with the reference device and getting a 10% RH difference. Our reference device was already power on. can you please suggest the setup or solution for this?

Hi Kodish,

To help us troubleshoot, could you answer the following questions:

• Are you using another humidity device as a reference or a dew point mirror?
• Is there any difference in the temperature readings between the HDC2021 and the reference?
• Could you please confirm if you followed the bake and re-hydration procedure? We recommend baking the part at 100C for 5 - 24 hours and then re-hydrating the part between 60% to 75% RH for 6 - 12 hours. 
• Could you also confirm if the device was not exposed to any chemical? The list of chemicals to avoid can be found on page 5 of the silicon user guide.

Hi Pavani,

• We are using another reference device,
• No difference in temperature reading but we are power on the reference device earlier  the one-hour actual device
• Yes, we are following the baking procedure and not exposed any chemical in our device,
• Our main concern is this does not happen on all devices. In some device, we are facing this issue

please suggest the solution for this

Yes, our operating voltage greater than 2.7 V. We will check and come back soon.
