IWR6843AOPEVM: Can't connect data port COM

Hello Champs,

Hardware: IWR6843AOPEVM ES2.0
Demo code: C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_7_0\labs\level_sensing\68xx_high_accuracy

I failed to connect the data port COM in High_Accuracy_Visualizer GUI, Pls see below snapshot.

But the hardware board has been detected as shown in the Help->"About"

BTW, both the CFG port and data port could be connected successfully in the out of box demo with mmWave Demo Visualizer.

Is there some configuration I missed when using High_accuracy demo?

Can you confirm you haven't left either of the ports connected in another terminal?

It seems you are using IWR6843AOPEVM. Does this same thing happen when interfacing with MMWAVEICBOOST.

Thanks for your great support.

I closed uniflash after flashing demo code and then connected the IWR6843AOPEVM+MMWAVEICBOOST, it is the same issue. The data port is waiting for data....

Hi Shine

I noticed that your screenshot says 2 of 2 ports connected so it shouldn't be a connection issue.

Can you confirm which chirp config file you are sending to the device after connecting the COM ports?
