Hi,

I found multi gesture demonstration on TI resource explorer.

And, the code is implement on AWR1642BOOST-ODS EVM. (The requirements in User Guild)

However, my radar kit is AWR1642BOOST EVM.

 

Could I implement the multi gesture demonstration on AWR1642BOOST directly?

What's difference between AWR1642BOOST and AWR1642BOOST-ODS?

It would be a great help to me to implement the multi gesture demonstration on AWR1642BOOST.

    Hi,

    Antenna Pattern is only difference b/w AWR1642BOOST and AWR1642-ODS but device is same internally. ODS antenna provides elevation details compare to BOOST antenna.

    Gesture application is built based on ODS which requires elevation detail to identify the type of gesture. And it is trained with ODS EVM only. 

    Same application can not be ported to AWR1642BOOST for this Gesture application. Or write a totally new Gesture application on BOOST EVM.
