Could you educate me the way to increase the accuracy?

Which factor/method do I have to care about?

I only imagine about the wide of the band to get more point cloud.

    What is the application and what are your accuracy requirements?

    Are you talking about range accuracy?   The range accuracy is all related to the range resolution and SNR.  So you will need to design the chirp with better range resolution (higher RF bandwidth).  Assume the SNR is related how reflective how close the target is, and it is out of your control.   But then in order to be able to detect the range to its potential accuracy, you may need a zoom-in FFT to get a more accurate range estimation than a range bin.
