AWR1843BOOST: Getting hard fault while writing to the flash memory

Hi,

I am writing data in the onboard flash memory from the starting sector address(0x18FFE7U). But it is giving hard fault. I don't know what is the issue. Could you please help me solve this.

Hi,

Yes i am able to flash using Uniflash. Other codes are working fine. But when I flashed the code in which iam using write to the flash memory sector using sector address(0x18FFE7U), am getting red LED after finishing flashing using Uniflash and press reset button on the board.

Sai,

In order for the device to be set to flashing mode, both SOP0 and SOP2 must be closed (set to ON position).
