595- GASSENSOREVM

I bought this sensor since last year and try so many time to contact with technical support team from Texas instrument but it seems failed and no response at all. I already installed the sensor but it seems like texas instrument not provided the information on what apps that I should use to visualise the result of this gas sensor. Besides, the manual on how to use and install this sensor also not being provided. Please guide me on how to operate this sensor. Or otherwise I would like to return this sensor to the texas instrument. Herewith I attached the link of sensor that i bought from texas instrument for reference and further action.

    Welcome to the E2E Forum and thanks for posting! 

    This EVM was discontinued and the associated collateral removed from the web, this particular situation was a special case and we are unable to provide the content that goes with that hardware. If you want to return it to the distributor, that is understandable. 

    Also, in the future, for other products, please do come directly to E2E - this is the correct place to come for technical support.  

  • May I know the procedure to return back the product to the distributor and get back the refund payment?

    Previously the distributor said that the product cannot be return and they will contact the technical support to assist us on this matter. However until now the distributor not did that and not even response to our email. I feel so disappointed with the service provided by your distributor in Malaysia. 

    As a customer I do hope that my matter here can be resolved since this issue already being dragged until 1 year and still no proper response by the distributor. I can give you the prove on how the distributor response  to our previous email.

    I have been at TI for almost 20 years, in the industry for almost 30 and I have never heard of this particular distributor. Sorry you are having trouble with them, either way it is not a great representation of TI.
