MMWAVEICBOOST: The board is not working properly(COM Port connection ERROR)

MMWAVEICBOOST: XDS 110 USB Port is not recognized

Hi Team

mounting micro usb in "XDS 110 USB" port has no recognition and D9 led off but to mounting in "FTDI USB" port D9 led on

in setting "Hardware Setup for Flashing in MMWAVEICBOOST Mode" of "Using CCS Debug for Development"

in recent mount i can see it XDS port at Device manager but today it is not

i have tried reset computer and powered off boost board, changed usb port in computer and cable
and read "60GHz mmWave Sensor EVMs (Rev. D)" to repair boost board

    Hello William, 

    So do you mean you were able to see the corresponding USB ports earlier on connection but because of some issue you're not able to see them now in the "Device manager window? 

    What is the specification of the power supply you're using here? 

    It would also be good if you could share a picture of your setup.
