I am looking for high speed (100ms) temperature sensing method with accuracy of (+- 2 degree celsius, from 0 to 250degree celsius) and the sensing should be having high repeatability even if it is continuously heated and cooled down for months. The sensing device / circuit need to be kept on a PCB size of 10mmx8mm for sensing the temperature of QFN package device which continuously heated upto 200 degree celsius and cooled down to room temperature.
Can someone recommend right temperature sensing method for the above requirement?
