When AWR1642BOOST uses UNIFLASH burning, what interface does the hardware need to connect? What steps are required?

Hello User,

This is through the UART interface.

You can refer to Section 4.2 of the linked user guide for details on flashing the images onto the EVM using Uniflash : mmwave_sdk_user_guide.pdf

You could also refer to the following application note for some reference : AWR1642 Bootloader Flow (ti.com)
