There are two questions I would like to ask about the DSP subsystem side of the AWR1843.

(1) As shown in the figure below, the data from the ADC Buffer is passed to the L1 memory, which uses EDMA.

What seems to be the communication method written there was written as TPTC. Others were written as TPCC.

What are the meanings of TPTC and TPCC?

(2) Next, DSP Interconnect is written in the figure below. Is it okay to consider the communication speed of this as 25600 Mbps, which is the product of 128 bits and 200 MHz?

Hello User,

TPCC and TPTC correspond to EDMA Channel controller and transfer controller respectively.

For more details on EDMA (TPTC and TPCC), please refer to Chapter 12 of AWR18xx/16xx/14xx/68xx Technical Reference Manual (Rev. E).

2. So the DSP interconnect speed is 200MHz and the Bus matrix is of size 128 bits or 16 bytes, that means maximum 16 bytes can be transferred per cycle.
