Which demo did you use to flash the device? And are you sure the device is in functional mode?

I did not show the Console Message "about the SDK version"

and I use mmWave SDK Demo 68xx Aop.

You are using binary from 68xx, which is incorrect for this demo. You need to use binary from 64xx directory.
