IWR1443: Not good for new designs?

I just got the 1443BOOST eval. board and after downlaoding the mmWaveSDK and trying to get it to work I find the that OOB demos aren't supported in the most recent version of the SDK. Very irritating since this info is buried in the release notes and the latest version of the SDK is referenced on the product page.

    Hi Wayne

    The IWR1443 uses the mmWave SDK 2.1 which is available here. It is still the top recommended sensor for power sensitive applications, while the SDK 2.1 is intended to be LTS version.

    • Also the visualizer for SDK 2.1 / IWR1443 is available here.
