Hello expert,
Our customer found this is Hi-z (Open Drain) , In the reset state of IWR6843AOP, is this pin show Hi-Z or Low ?
I think it will be Hi-Z, but wants to confirm this.

Hello A.Fujinaka,
As the Datasheet mentions, this is an open drain output and external pull up is needed. It is typically connected to the external host processor to indicate fault status.

Hello Ishita,
Thanks for your reply, can I double check the pin status is an open drain output at the chip reset status?

Hello A.Fujinaka,
Sorry for the delay due to holidays.
As I said, This is an open drain output signal with external pull up resistance requirement.
Do you mean the state of the device when the nerror_out pin has been asserted because of a fault and it leads to a device reset?
Regards,
Ishita
Hello Ishita,
I know external pull up is requried because of the open drain output.
My question is, this pin is Hi-z or low ouput when the device is under reset status.
