The customer can refer to AWR2243 Datasheet for spec details (section 8.9.4) : AWR2243 Single-Chip 76- to 81-GHz FMCW Transceiver datasheet (Rev. A) (ti.com)

For Interface Control Specification for communications on the serial interface (SPI) between the Radar device and the external host processor, the user can refer to mmWave ICD : mmWave-Radar-Interface-Control.pdf
