My customer use our AMC6821, and they want to control the fan speed by setting the register to change the duty cycle:
They take these action:
1、Write 94 in the 00 register to set the DCY mode；
2、Modify the value of register 22.
But Fan is not controlled.
Could you help me analyze whether the customer configuration is correct, where the problem may be eliminated, and what path can the customer follow to troubleshoot the problem and control the Fan with DCY mode?
