MMWCAS-RF-EVM: MMWCAS-RF-EVM Fiducial markers

We're building a housing for the MMWCAS-RF-EVM and want to verify whether the marked points on the MMWCAS-RF-EVM are fiducial markes ? And would it be fine if the're a physical contact between the aliminium housing and these 3 marked points ?
