Hi,

For testing purposes, interested to configure AWR6843 for 100% duty cycle(continuous wave) mode.

Is this mode of operation supported?

If so - how can it be done?

Thank you Ishita for the the reply.

From the provided links I understand that in order to activate the CW mode, the DCA1000EVM is required.

Is there anyway to activate it using the AWR6843AOP alone?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay due to holidays.

I believe yes, in case you want to use CW mode, its best to use mmWave Studio and you would need DCA1000 or Dev Pack or mmWave ICE boost for that.

But, you could also use infinite framing (giving the number of frames as zero) for this purpose I believe. You can program the chiro duty cycle accordingly and transmit for infinite team (or until you stop frames explicitly).
