AWR1443BOOST: `Frames are already triggered for the device error` when pressing `Trigger Frame` button after `TSW1400 ARM` on 1443

I follow the guide and mmW Studio can successfully capture the data at first try, the final two step is press `TSW1400 ARM` -> `Trigger Frame`.

However, after I change some value in `Frame` field, then I repeat the step `SetUp TSW1400` -> TSW1400 ARM` -> `Trigger Frame`,  the last button throw error like `Frames are already triggered for the device`,  and I notice .bin data already generate after  `TSW1400 ARM`, does that mean we no longer need Trigger frame  button?   What is  `TSW1400 ARM` and  `Trigger Frame` used for?
