LDC1314: measurement done on proto do not seem to be stable?

Team,

Customer has now his proto PCB (based on the design we reviewed with him earlier).
Could you please comment?

I am testing my LDC1314 prototype with SV601186A eval board from TI and the TIDA-00508 Inductive Dial GUI. Generally the angle could be measured exactly. But there was juts a problem, the measured results are not stable (please see the video vmw below).
Is that just because of the firmware in the MSP430? Or related to the proto itself?
