AWR1843BOOST: AWR1843 Can't connect to GUI Composer via Updated Cloud Agent

Hello!

I've been using a custom GUI for a few months now and everything has been working fine.  I logged in today and it told me I needed the newest TI Cloud Agent to use it so I downloaded and installed it.  I currently am unable to connect to either of my boards on multiple ports in both Chrome and Firefox.  I tried restarting the computer and had no luck.  At this point, I'm completely stuck on this until I can get it working again.  

A few other notes, I do have the jumpers in the correct location (Sw3 on, Sw1 and 2 off, so this should be run mode) and the firmware hasn't changed since the last time I used this on two different boards.   I've tried running it with V3.5 of the demo visualizer cloud (since I'm basically using the demo firmware and a modified version of this for my application) and it won't connect there either.  One board is stuck connecting at 1 of 2 targets and the other is stuck at 2 of 2 targets.  

I've tried different USB cables, ports, web browsers, etc. Whatever issues I'm having seem to be on the cloud/cloud agent side of things and there's not much I can do to resolve this without some additional assistance.  

Has anyone else seen this issue or know how to resolve it?  This is a really big problem for me.  I've tried other non cloud based approaches with this (as this has always been a concern of mine) but haven't been able to get an offline version running.
