This is the test board of our PGA970. Now the debugger XDS200 cannot be connected, but the PGA970EVM development board can be connected. I don't know what is wrong with it.
Do you mean that the XDS200 debugger can properly establish a connection with the PGA970 on the PGA970EVM, but that it cannot connect to the PGA970 on your own test board?
I assume the GPIO connections to SWD1 are not used with the XDS200 and are just pulled out to that header for convenience. The only signals needed for the debugger connection are SWDIO, SWDCLK, the pullup to 3.3V, and GND.
Have you confirmed that the target configuration is correct? The settings are described in the software quickstart guide included in the mysecure resources page.
