Hi,
I observed that the valid chirp frequency range should be either in the 76-77 GHz band, or in the 77-81 GHz band, for the AWR1843 chip.
Suppose we set a chirp configuration such that the chirp crosses over from one band into the other (for example, from 76.8 GHz to 77.2 GHz). From previous posts in the forum, I learnt that these two bands operate using different VCOs.
Is there any check done or warning thrown by the chip that complains and notifies us of the invalid configuration, that we should not be sweeping that particular frequency range? If so, where can I check this?
Thanks!
