The LM35 will have no issues with water wash - suggest you start other threads for the other devices in your list. They belong to other product lines.

Washing PCBs after assembly is common practice and there are IPC specs for this. TI has published this application note to assist with PCB manufacturing efforts https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snoa550h/snoa550h.pdf please refer to section 11.
