Working on a board using AWR1843. Just wonder if we could program the frequency to 75 GHz or lower.

    Hello Henry, 

    The wide range of TI highly integrated 77GHz and 60GHz CMOS TI mmWave sensors are tabulated in the table below : 

    These are the ONLY frequency supported. Corresponding to AWR1843, you can see the expected frequency operating region is 76-81GHz (as mentioned in the device datasheet as well).
