Hello Rob,
The CE mark is provided to an end product, like the sensor you plan to design using the IWR6843. It is not provided at an IC level.
Having said that. have tested our EVM using with IWR6843 device and it passes the EU regulatory standard.

Vivek
Hi Vivek,
Thanks for your quick reply.
The reason for my question is that TI's competition have declarations of compliancy with directive 2014/53/EU (and also FCC approval) for their one chip radar solutions similar to the IWR6843AoP. I was hoping that TI would have the same.

Hello Rob,
We do have the compliance with 2011/65/EU directive on our 6843AOP EVM board. If thats what you are looking for.
Regards,
Vivek
Hi Vivek,
Sorry there, 2011/65/EU is about the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. 2014/53/EU (RED) is for beining able to sell radio equipment within the EU. It sets out the requirements for safety and health, electromagnetic compatibility, and the efficient use of the radio spectrum. The latter meaning that it complies with all regulations for transmission similar to FCC approval.

Vivek
