When we don't use QSPI.
(1) Is it okay to open QSPI_CS and QSPI_CK as those are output pins?
(2) How should we handle QSPI[3:0]? DEFAULT PULL STATUS of QSPI[1:0] is PullDown, DEFAULT PULL STATUS of QSPI[3:2]is PullUp. It is okay to keep them open? or should we do PullUp or PullDown?
