IWR6843AOPEVM: converting the .dat file to something readable

I have been tasked with testing the IWR6843AOPEVM sensor for potential usage in a product and as part of that I've been asked to get some data out of it I've been using the mmWave Demo Visualizer up until now and took a recording using the record start function in the program. i have since tried but with no luck to convert the .dat file into something readable. we've tried using parser's from old post on this subject and the parser in the newest SDK but too no luck any help would be appreciated.

Could you please point out which parser(s) you are using? Have you tried using the ones in the following directory in the mmWave SDK? What issues are you having?

C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_05_00_04\packages\ti\demo\parser_scripts

yes i have tried the Parser that comes with the SDK but to not success I've also tried this one

which was referenced on here though I've lost the thread where i found it.
the problem is that I'm not sure if I've configured the script wrong or it's not compatible with the data somehow. I've provided the name of the config file I've used when taking the recording form the demo visualizer, and the name of the .dat file they're both placed in the the same directory as the parser scripts but the only output I'm getting is an empty csv file.
when i run the LVDs_example_script I get an error that say no such file or directory datafile_hdr_0adc_0.bin

Please use mmw_demo_example_script.py.
