With OPT3101, what minimum distance can be measured from Target. Is there any application note available for the same?

Hi,

Minimum range for the OPT3101 depends on the optics and tolerable error as there is a triangulation error as distance between PD and LED becomes non negligible at close range. For typical short range use cases with good selection it can get to a few cm.
