IWR1843BOOST： How to extract informations from the dataOutputFromEVM.bin file generated from the Vital Signs Demo GUI

I am using IWR 1843boost to extract vital signs in Toolbox-3.4.0->Labs->Driver Vital Signs.

I would like to analyze the data obtained here.

I tried to run dataOutputFromEVM.bin with

mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_8_0>Labs>vital_signs>68xx_vital_signs>parse>parse_vitalSigns_demo_dat_file.exe,

but it fails.

How can I do this? If this is not possible, I would like to know a different way.

Hi Yuki

This lab is only for IWR1443 and IWR6843 devices and EVMs. It is not compatible with IWR1843.

Thank you for replying. Does this mean that it is difficult to extract vital sign information with IWR 1843boost?

Hi Yuki

You will have to port the software for compatibility with IWR1843BOOST. It is currently not readily available.
