One of my customers is evaluating TDC7201 for their new products.
At this moment, they have the following questions about TDC7201.
Could you please give me your reply?
Q. TDC7201 datasheet (version:SNAS686) says that a new measurement is started when the START_MEAS bit in the TDCx_CONFIG1 register is changed from "0" to "1".
After that, the measurement is finished when STOP signal is input.
But they think there are cases where they want to restart a new measurement even though STOP does not come as a condition.
. For this restart, are the following sequence ((1)~(3)) correct?
(1) Write "1" to NEW_MEAS_INT bit in TDCｘ_INT_STATUS register.
(2) START_MEAS bit in the TDCx_CONFIG1 register is set to "0" by action (1) .
(3) Write "1" to START_MEAS bit in the TDCx_CONFIG1 register.
