Hello,
the document SPRACH9B "Flash Variants Supported by the mmWave Sensor" described in chapter 1.3 (page 3) an issue with some SFLASH variants that support extended addressing mode. It is mentioned that it will be fixed in production silicon for XWR1642. I think it is also valid/fixed for production silicon for IWR6843 but want to get confirmation.
