IWR6843AOPEVM: I cannot communicate with the board

I have bought a IWR6843AOP board and I wanted to read some distances with it. do you mind help me step by stem with installation of the softwares? I went through all the instructions and I couldn't do it. I would appreciate it if you can help me with this

Hi, I tried to flash the OOB demo bin file, and it works with the demo visualizer. but when I want to run the high accuracy range measurement, it seems that only one of the ports can connect and I don't see anything in the visualizer(I just use the mmWave Demo Visualizer not the high accuracy visualizer since its link didn't work in the website). Ould you please help me with this?
