AWR1843BOOST: How to check the CPU and Memory usage status of AWR1843BOOST?

This will have to be done at the application level. The application needs to keep track of CPU cycles and memory usage it consumes. This functionality is present in the OOB demo. You can have a look at the logs in CCS debug mode.
