IWR6843ISK: unstable behaviour with the .bin file with HCC .cfg

Hi,

I have generated a custom built .bin file with hcc custom built .cfg using CCS 10.4.0 and sdk 03_05_00_04 on the area scanner for ISK. I flashed it on one ISK and checked if I could see the required range and I see the target upto 16m. But when I flash the .bin file on other ISK sensors, on one ISK I see 8.5m and on other I see 14m. What could be a reason for the unstable behaviour on different sensors?

    Hello

    Would you be able to look at the heat map and SNR values of the identifiable objects at the same range for each iteration.

    See if:

    1. You are getting the  similar reflection strength for known objects

    2, Use the Calibration of OOB demo feature to resolve board level inconsistencies.

    3. Check the Heatmap, FFT plots using OOB demo on boards of interest for similar scenes.
