IWR6843AOP: cannot flash custom board of IWR6843AOP from Uart

Hello,

I design a custom board of IWR6843AOP,I did not use CP2105; but I cannot flash it from Uart now.

I Measured the voltage of SOP PIN：

SOP2(V10) = 1.75v, SOP1(M3) = 0V， SOP0（U10）= 3.3V。

I connect the board and external XDS110 with below 3 pins:

RS232TX(U16) is connected to UARTRX of AUX 14-PIN; RS232RX(V16) is connected to UARTTX of AUX 14-PIN; and GND to GND

I can find "XDS110 Class Application/User UART"in Device Manager.

I use UniFlash to flash and configue the right port number,but it report error below:

[ERROR] Cortex_R4_0: Initial response from the device was not received. Please power cycle device before re-flashing.

[ERROR] Cortex_R4_0: Not able to connect to serial port. Recheck COM port selected and/or permissions

Did I do something wrong or miss something?
